Premier Aircraft Sales ("Premier Aircraft," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through www.premieraircraft.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

Information You Provide to Us

When you fill out a form on the Site — our general contact form, the aircraft valuation ("We Buy Aircraft") request, a demo flight request, or an aircraft parts request — we collect what you enter, which typically includes your name, email address, phone number, and details about your inquiry (such as an aircraft's tail number, make/model, or the message you write). This information is sent directly to the appropriate Premier Aircraft team by email so we can respond to you; the reply-to address on that email is set to the address you provided, so our team can reply straight to you.

If you use our "Service Concierge" chat assistant, the messages you type are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate a helpful response grounded in our site content. Your conversation is kept in your browser for the duration of your visit (so it's there if you navigate to another page) and is cleared when you close your browser tab or session — we do not permanently store chat transcripts on our servers.

Information Collected Automatically

Like most websites, we automatically collect some technical and behavioral information as you browse, using our own first-party analytics system (we do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell any data to data brokers). This includes:

• Pages viewed, links clicked, searches run, and general interactions (e.g., viewing an aircraft listing, opening the chat assistant);
• Approximate location at the country/region level, derived from a truncated, non-identifying portion of your IP address — we do not store your full IP address;
• General device and browser type, time zone, and language;
• The site or search engine that referred you, and any UTM campaign parameters in the URL;
• A randomly generated visitor and session identifier, stored in your browser's local storage, used only to group your own activity together (this is not a cross-site advertising cookie and is not shared with any ad network).

This analytics data is not connected to your name or contact details unless you separately submit one of our forms in the same browser session.

How We Use Your Information

• Respond to your inquiries, quote requests, demo flight requests, and parts requests;
• Provide and improve the Site, including understanding which aircraft and pages visitors are most interested in;
• Operate and secure the Site, including preventing spam and abuse of our forms and chat assistant;
• Communicate with you about aircraft, services, or promotions you've asked about.

We do not sell your personal information.

How We Share Information

We share information with service providers who help us operate the Site, under obligations consistent with this Policy:

• Supabase — hosts our backend services and analytics database;
• Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES) — delivers form submissions to our team by email;
• Anthropic — processes messages sent to our Service Concierge chat assistant to generate responses;
• ip-api.com — provides coarse, country/region-level geolocation from a truncated IP address for analytics.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Premier Aircraft, our customers, or others.

Data Retention

Form submissions are retained as part of our normal business email records for as long as reasonably needed to handle your inquiry and for our business purposes. Analytics data is retained in de-identified or aggregate form to help us understand site usage over time.

Your Choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information you've submitted to us by emailing sales@premieraircraft.com. You can also clear your browser's local storage at any time to remove the analytics visitor/session identifiers described above.

Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for a general business audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information submitted through the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third-Party Links

The Site links to third-party resources, including Diamond Aircraft's own configurator tool and our social media profiles. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and we encourage you to review them — this Policy does not cover third-party sites.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Policy.
