Diamond’s model-specific flight training devices (FNPT) developed by pilots and engineers to create training tools that are second to none.

We can also provide leasing rates for your current owned fleet. This option allows you to unlock the equity in your current fleet for use in acquisition of new aircraft or other business needs.
Our leases are “triple net” with flat monthly rates not based on the hours you fly. Fly the plane as many hours as you can and pay one flat rate. The flight school pays for fuel, insurance, maintenance, and overhauls.
End of term options include buying the plane at fair market value, renewing the lease for a further term on the same plane, or returning it to us. Returned aircraft can be replaced with new aircraft on a new lease contract.
