Premier Aircraft Announces Employee Advancements

Premier Aircraft is proud to announce the advancement of three valued team members, recognizing their dedication, growth, and long-term contributions to our organization.

Sue Glassman brings 25 years of aviation industry experience and has been a key part of the Premier Aircraft team since 2004. She has worked in our Service Shop since its opening in 2005 and has successfully led our maintenance operations as Manager of Service Operations for the past 15 years. Sue will now be transitioning into a new role supporting Accounting and Human Resources, where her depth of knowledge and leadership will continue to support the company.

We are also pleased to announce the promotion of Brittany Jones, who has been with Premier Aircraft for 18 years. Brittany began her career as a Parts Assistant before moving into the role of Warranty Administrator. In 2012, she was promoted to Parts Manager, where she demonstrated strong operational leadership and industry expertise. Brittany will now take on the role of Manager of Service Operations, continuing her impressive career progression within the organization.

Additionally, we congratulate Louis Tavarez on his advancement to Parts Manager. Louis started his aviation journey at Premier Aircraft as a Parts Assistant and has grown through hands-on experience and dedication to the department. His promotion reflects both his professional development and Premier Aircraft’s commitment to internal growth.

These advancements highlight Premier Aircraft’s continued investment in its people and dedication to building strong leadership from within. We congratulate Sue, Brittany, and Louis on their well-deserved new roles and look forward to their continued success.
